Hi. I just wanted to send a note to thank you guys. I brought our hilux in last week for a service which was great but when I picked it up I asked if you had any ideas about why she’s blowing so much smoke (we had been troubleshooting this with our previous mechanic for over a year) and you told me that the injector seats were dodgy but there had been a recall for this exact issue for a certain batch of hiluxes and to look into that before paying to replace them all. After a little research and a call to Toyota it turns out that our hilux was one of the ones recalled and I took it in yesterday. This morning when we started her up, not 1 iota of smoke and no rattle in the engine. So a HUGE thank you to you and your staff for the awesome customer service and knowledge and we will definitely be bringing both our cars to you from now on as well as recommending you to others.
